I am constantly reading self help books. Everything from creating wealth to starting good habits. I feel like it's something you need to constantly continue building inside of your mind and never stop.I read everything. From creating wealth to investing to starting good habits. Those things are very important and I plan on achieving everything I possibly can in life. Slowly but surely.
However, why I think books like these are the most important is because the only thing you really do have control over is yourself. Only YOU can be happy no matter what. I can't become a millionaire overnight but I can be happy RIGHT NOW. In the end, that is the only thing that truly matters.
There will always be another hill to climb and something else to achieve, but enjoying the scenery along the way is so important.
If you enjoy every day and think positive thoughts and send positive vibes into the universe, your whole world will change for the better.
I hope everyone will get a chance to read this book at some point. Highly, highly recommend.

Usually, before I read a book I stare long and hard at the cover to see what it wants to tell me. The cover on this book tells me to keep an open mind and be ready to explore the possibilities. As I started reading the book some concepts weren’t easy for me to grasp. I found myself re-reading passages over and over again. The more I read the more it all begin to make sense – and that’s when it hit me- you can’t have a breakthrough without being challenged…without being snatched out of your comfort zone, without being open, without letting go, and certainly not without being required to view ideas through a different lens in order to get to your aha! moment of self-awareness.
This book was both challenging and refreshing and at the heart of the writing you get the feeling that there is an author who truly cares about your well-being.
Moonlight Transformation of Knowledge is based on knowledge of neo-humanology but dealing with only a few of the topics and written through the perspective of the author.
Author Ruth Tel-Tsur is a clinical psychologist who has experienced great pain and suffering in her life providing her with the ability to understand with a unique vantage point the ability we have to overcome such hardships. In this book she explains how we function emotionally and guides us to a healthy path.
Author Ruth Tel-Tsur provides us the information we need to understand why we feel the way we do and how to change it for the better. I especially connected with the chapter on Love. It opens your mind to understanding love in a new and meaningful way, particularly loving yourself.
I highly recommend this book! It will inspire you to see things in a new and wonderful light, opening your mind to a better emotional state.
I wasn’t sure what to expect out of this book, but reading through it made me glad. Ruth Tel-Tsur creates a very simple manual for functioning as a human being. I’ve struggled with a variety of mental issues, and have read self-help books in the past to no avail. What you get here is not a heavy handed romp through “dos and don’ts”, and you don’t get treated like a problem child. The language here is simple, to the point, and utilizes metaphor and simile effectively.
Regardless of how you feel about life in general, you will gravitate to the wisdom and answers that are provided here. I found them refreshing, and full of life. There is so much more to life than the troubles we find ourselves in, and emotional health is possible through a bit of unraveling. This is a good natured, well meaning, quality book and I couldn’t put it down. It just resonated with me on a new level, and it will for you too. Ruth Tel-Tsur creates a very good manual for happiness, in a way I didn’t think about beforehand. I loved it.
For starters, this is a book that really envokes emotions and personal change within people. Ruth is an amazing author that leads the reader on a journey through her experiences, and her knowledge shines through her writing.
This book focuses on a lot of problems that many people have a hard time facing, or refuse to face at all. Some of these problems I could relate to, even if the problems weren't exactly the same as what was happening in the story. I'm definitely guilty about avoiding some problems in my life, and most of the time this ends up making the problem much worse than it was to begin with. I have learned in life, and through reinforcement during this book, that it is most definitely to face your problems head on before they become much worse.
While I was reading this book I found myself doing some soul-searching, and the different experiences brought many different emotions out. Sometimes I would be sad, other times I would be angry, but I always felt myself reflecting back on what I had read and thought about how it could apply to my own life.
I would highly recommend this book to everyone, as it's story can apply and help everyone. It is also extremely well written, and you will find yourself enjoying every last page!

I'm sure i'm not alone on this one, but I have had trouble thinking positively for probably my whole life. While on one hand, I don't think it has slowed me down too much, on the other, I just wish I could silence that inner dialogue that tells me i'm not good enough, or smart enough, or lucky enough.
This book has helped me tremendously to re frame my thinking and put it into a more enlightening perspective. I no longer 'label' my thoughts as good or bad, but I do recognize when i'm thinking emotionally, and this forces me to take pause and re-assess my state of mind and question whether my thoughts are real and are my own, or are they simply the product of my emotional mind at the moment. Any reader will be able to garnish little gems from this book. I would highly recommend reading it.
